- This is a full-time (40 hrs./week) position. Typical weekday shifts are 1030am-7 pm, and rotating weekend shifts are 6am-230pm. No late nights!
- knowledge of food recipes and how to interpret them
- methods of food preparation, including but not limited to prep/production lists
- food safety, sanitation, and ServSafe Food Handler practices (preferred but not required)
