- Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation and onboarding
- Administer and manage employee benefits programs and enrollment
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary actions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of HR policies and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- At least 5 years experience in the HR field
- At least 1 year experience in a Human Resources Generalist position
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations (FMLA, COBRA, ADA, USERRA)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
