Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and create high-quality dishes in line with our restaurant's concept and seasonal ingredients.
  • Prepare and cook food in accordance with recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food safety regulations.
  • Lead and supervise the kitchen team, ensuring smooth operation during service.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Monitor inventory, place orders for kitchen supplies, and minimize food waste.
  • Stay updated with culinary trends and continuously improve menu offerings.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
  • Attend and contribute to team meetings, menu development sessions, and staff training.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Chef within a restaurant or hotel for a minimum of 5 years.
  • Strong culinary skills and a passion for food and creativity.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills. English as a language.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume service periods.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Relevant culinary education or training is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
