Job Description
  • Define and confirm full acquiring business operational process including system, clearing & settlement as well as accounting
  • Represent and coordinate with ICT teams, tech partners and related departments to develop/customize/enhance acquiring solutions/system including acquiring host, terminals, merchant management system, clearing & settlement and accounting
  • Review policy/process including but not limited to transactions processing, clearing & settlement as well as merchant support. onboarding
  • Supervise the daily activities of acquiring business operational unit and coach team members
+ Operational service and terminal management
+ Issues and requests management processes
+ Regulatory and internal reporting
+ Update and maintain operational documents
+ Operations projects
  • Others tasks as assigned by line manager & BOD
Job Requirement
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Banking, Computer Science, or related fields
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in Acquiring Business operations at Manager/Expert level with full expertise in operations, process, clearing and settlement, accounting…
  • Prefer candidate who is available immediately
  • Great problem-solving skills, logical thinking and capability to work under strict deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office, in particular PowerPoint and Excel
  • Effective communication in both verbal and written and project management skills
  • Good English communication
