
SITE SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER

- Manage and develop the local supply chain team including tasks definition and training
- Design and implement proper documented flows on site (administrative, physical and financial flows) taking into account regulation obligations and dangerous goods management
- Report and track main facility KPIs along with associated action plans
- Ensure consistent on-time customer delivery
- Define and implement the most efficient flows from customer order to customer shipment including material planning, supplier orders tracking, good receipt, incoming inspections tracking, supplier parts return, shelving, kitting/picking, documentation establishment, customs management, customer shipment, …
- Transport, storage and booking of the goods at designated storage locations
- Picking and issue of the goods according to parts lists and production orders
- Correct posting of the goods in the merchandise management system
- Inventory monitoring and comparison with the posted inventory
- Ensure components traceability across the complete supply chain
- If necessary, the return and reversal of goods
- Identify and implement cost reduction solutions
- Coordinate the disposal of production waste and obsoletes within HSE guidelines
- Manage inventory level to achieve targets while ensure parts availability for production
- Ensure inventory accuracy
- Actively track and optimize inventory levels by establishing logistic strategies
- Ensure FIFO implementation
- Creation of efficient storage and supply structures by designing the internal processes according to the OPM production system and the lean management philosophy
- Optimize and control warehouse lay out
- Ensuring and optimizing the flow of materials and warehouse management
- Completed studies in supply chain / Logistics, Warehouse management or similar training
- Several years of experience desirable
- Supply chain and flows understanding
- Adaptability on multicultural and cross-departmental relations and team spirits
- Fluent in English
- Experienced with SAP system
- Experience with dangerous goods management
- Experience with MS-Office suite
- Strong organizational skills and prioritize tasks to meet department objectives with timely manner.
- Ability to complete multiple activities concurrently
- Application of Quality Standards : respect internal processes (WEPro, WEChange…) controlled documents
- Knowledge and respect of internal deliverables for his/her function and customer specific requirements (I.E. CSR, Customer Specific Requirement) for his/her projects
