We aim to develop Future Leaders, top diverse talent to support the growth needs of the business. The program offers access to accelerate development on the job and through other channels during an 18-month program which will include assignments across a wide range of manufacturing departments and divisions including: Production, Technical /Maintenance, EHS, Quality, Human Resources, Continuous Improvement (CI/Lean), Finance, Customer Fulfilment, Sustainability.Key responsibilities include:Fulfilling all requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the programmeCompleting all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operationsParticipating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunitiesObserving and learning from experienced staff membersGaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processesTaking detailed notes and updating training logbook and liaising with Mentors & Project Co-ordinators, and other senior staffFollowing all company regulations, and health and safety codesPreparing documents and updating recordsTraveling to different offices and participating in daily operations as requiredWhat are we looking for:Third level – Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or relevantMinimum of 1-2 years manufacturing – an awareness of a clear level of understanding of what is required to work in a manufacturing environmentProven track record of working in a high output manufacturing facilityFundamental knowledge of modern manufacturing methodologiesProficiency in MS OfficeFast learner and oriented to self-developmentFluent in EnglishBall Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
