The candidate will work in close collaboration with the mixed-signal design team to deliver a state-of-the-art ASIC in deep submicron CMOS technology.Work description
- Contribute to designing ASIC firmware (FW) for SCALINX high performance A/D and D/A data conversion ICs.
- Participate, in close collaboration with the micro-controller architect and project technical leaders, in the definition of the ASIC FW architecture and verification methodology.
- Implement, verify, and validate the FW for a production device
- Participate in the evaluation of the fabricated ASIC in our measurement lab.
- Work in a team to successfully design state-of-the art ASICs.
- Write documentation in accordance with the company's QA policy.
- You have a MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering or equivalent and 5+ years of hands-on experience in ARM based embedded software.
- Experiences in FW design in an ARM based environment and usage of associated tools
- Fluent in C/C++
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English (French language is a plus)
- Background in signal processing is a plus
