- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and technical requirements.
- Execute and manage projects according to established plans, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Provide advanced technical support and expertise in areas such as network infrastructure, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and other IT-related domains.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
- Act as a point of contact for clients during project implementations.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and technical details in a clear and understandable manner.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their evolving needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, support, and other technical teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications, configurations, and support documentation.
- Ensure knowledge transfer within the team and to clients as necessary.
- Perform any additional job duties as requested by management to contribute to the overall success of the organization.
- In depth knowledge of MS Server including Group Policy, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
- Understanding of server hardware including Raid and Idrac Technlogies.
- In depth knowledge of Networking including wireless, wired and Firewalls.
- In depth knowledge of M365 products and services.
- In depth knowledge of how backups work.
- Azure cloud technologies, Virtualization Technologies including VMware ESXI and MS Hyper-V.
- 3-5 years' experience providing help desk, desk side or direct client support.
- Demonstrate initiative, independent judgment, ability to work under high pressure situations, and utilize established procedures to address client needs.
- Strong customer service skills required.
- After hours and weekend hours required
- Participation in rotating on-call program.
- Ability to be a trusted advisor to clients; effectively relay information to non-technical clients Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment, manage competing demands and deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.
- Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
