Mobile Branch Personal Financial Representative (Bilingual in Spanish)

- Open Checking, Savings, and other deposit accounts such as Certificate of Deposits.
- Educate members on Credit Reviews and Needs Assessments.
- Accept and input consumer and business loans.
- Host tables at and attend community events.
- Conduct presentations.
- Identifying and pursuing mobile branch deployment opportunities.
- Make external business partner referrals.
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador.
- Frequent driving throughout UFCU footprint (including coastal branches).
- Serve as additional driver for the mobile branch.
- Assisting with multi-point vehicle safety inspection.
- Helping with managing and stocking necessary inventory for mobile branch operations.
- Assisting with setting up and taking down of tables, tents, booths, and other equipment for each event.
- Refer fraud claims to experts.
- Provide online and mobile support.
- Increase Automated Teller Machine limits.
- Release check holds.
- Provide notary services.
- Conduct Signature Guarantees.
- Complete wire transfers.
- Validate vehicle values.
- Manage account restrictions and pop-up concerns and add travel notes on member accounts.
- Partner with Collections for members who are past due.
- Problem solving and facilitate connecting members with internal business partners.
- Process service requests.
- Process stop payments via check, ACH and/or Cashier’s Checks.
- Process ATM and Point-of-Service transaction disputes.
- Print documents, including Debit/ATM cards, vehicle buyer’s checks, temporary checks, Statements, and direct deposit letters.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
- Complete required regulatory training as assigned.
- Maintain strict adherence to and compliance with all laws, rules, regulations, and internal controls specific to your role, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, USA Patriot Act, OFAC and Fair Lending regulation.

- Ability to successfully pass pre-employment background screening, including FBI fingerprint, credit, education, and employment verification.
- High School Diploma or GED
- English/Spanish bilingual
- Minimum of one (1) year of demonstrated success selling products within a financial services industry or retail banking environment.
- Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience
- Minimum of one (1) year working in a team environment
- Advanced knowledge of current local, state, and federal regulations
- Willingness to undertake additional driving courses to competently operate the mobile branch, which is a large vehicle. This includes obtaining any necessary certifications or licenses as required.
- Must have and maintain a current and valid Texas Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation for travel to multiple worksites within Central Texas
- Must have a safe driving record
- Must have and maintain minimum levels of automobile insurance coverage per Texas state guidelines.
- Experience working in a business development/community relations capacity.
- Must be bondable.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Credit Union experience
- Series 6, 63, and/or Texas Life and Health Insurance licenses
- Registered NMLS
- Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) – this role will require CDL (Class B) driving training
- Consumer Lending Experience
- General knowledge of applicable financial industry regulations
- Military experience
- This position may involve periodic stressful conditions.
- May occasionally require an adjusted work schedule, overtime, and evening/weekend hours.
- Travel Required – Due to the nature of the role, work locations will vary and require traveling to all existing and future UFCU markets.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
