- Providing key legal research on new and developing legislation, litigation and market developments within the FMCG category and proactively advising the legal team on such topics;
- Assisting with drafting, reviewing and negotiating all types of commercial contracts, such as purchase, supply, agency, licencing and distribution;
- Assisting with face-to-face training to our divisions on areas such as commercial contracting, intellectual property, EU trade and packaging laws, competition laws, incoterms, compliance and more;
- Assisting legal team with internal policies related to our code of conduct, whistleblowing, third party due diligence and anti-bribery & corruption.

- You are fluent in English;
- You are a third or final year university student studying in the field of law;
- You are excited about FMCG business and retail;
- You have a keen interest in Competition Law, Trade Law, Intellectual Property, Commercial Contracting and Employment Law;
- You are able to prioritize your tasks and keep a list of ongoing projects you are working on;
- You are able to organize your day so that you complete tasks within the requested timeframe, and you communicate any delays beforehand;
- You are looking for a challenging internship where you are expected to go the extra mile. You are able to work well under pressure;
- You listen carefully to instructions given, and you are proactive in picking up tasks. You take initiative and you like to learn;
- You are curious and ask questions. You communicate openly and actively bring issues to the attention of the Legal team to get them solved.
