We are searching for a dedicated Senior Analyst for Financial Planning and Analysis! Someone who will provide financial support for the company's G&A expenses including the planning, forecasting, reporting and analytics of all G&A spend. As a Team Member you will also be responsible for financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, and reporting efforts to assist and support the FP&A department. We need someone who will assist with monthly and quarterly duties including but not limited to Board presentations, business reviews, competitor analysis, and assorted analysis for the Hilton Grand Vacations Corporate Office.   • Forecasting and reporting the operating expenses for defined groups within the G&A organization
  • Participate in the monthly / quarterly accounting close for G&A expenses and accruals, investigate variances and work with accounting to ensure entries are completed
  • Monitor/report ongoing business performance against budgets/forecasts and works with G&A business partners to understand and identify reasons for variances to enhance forecast accuracy
  • Assist in updating presentations, industry survey responses and various key company statistical data
  • Perform financial and ad-hoc analysis as requested
  • Identify process improvement opportunities for Hyperion Planning and related systems.
  • Compile and analyze current and historical internal and competitive data to determine trends and identify future opportunities as well as to benchmark standard methodologies.
  • Carry out all reasonable requests by management that the employee is capable of performing while providing the highest quality of customer service

  • BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of financial analysis, financial planning and/or strategic planning experience
  • Proven understanding of accounting and generally accepted accounting principles
  • Able to work well with other teams and internal customers
  • Strong technological proficiency and the ability to quickly learn the Hyperion application
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Teammate with a positive demeanor
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
  • MS/MA/Master's Degree
  • 2+ years of management or supervisory experience
  • 5 + years of financial analysis, financial planning and/or strategic planning experience
  • Oracle experience
  • Timeshare experience very desirable.
  • Real estate development and/or hospitality proven experience preferred..
  • Proficiency in all components of Microsoft Office especially Powerpoint
  • Experience with Smartview applications
