Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.Order Processing: Receive and process parts orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Utilize dealership software systems for order tracking and inventory management.Inventory Management: Maintain organized and efficient parts inventory. Monitor stock levels, perform regular counts, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure optimal inventory levels.Technical Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC vehicle models and their parts. Provide technical assistance to customers and internal staff as needed.Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including service and sales, to meet overall dealership goals.
