We are deeply committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment where every team member can thrive.We are seeking a temporary Talent Development Coordinator to provide essential support to our global Talent Development programs. This support role focuses on the coordination and execution of training sessions, calendaring, and participant management. The primary goal is to assist in the seamless delivery and execution of our talent development strategy, helping to empower our employees to excel, learn, lead, and manage effectively.Key Responsibilities
  • Training Program Logistics
  • Assist with logistical aspects of training programs, including scheduling and setting up sessions in the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Support participant communications by providing up-to-date information about schedules, materials, and any adjustments to the program. Assist in maintaining accurate attendance records within the LMS.
  • Help coordinate with vendors for event preparation, including securing participant lists, and assist with post-event activities such as attendance confirmation.
  • Inquiry and Support Management
  • Provide support for Talent Development inquiries, delivering prompt and accurate responses via the general mailbox and Service Now tickets.
  • Assist in the administrative process for Workday Learning Courses and requests for educational reimbursement, ensuring adherence to organizational policies.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent 1-2 years of experience in human resources, learning, talent development, or related administrative role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Familiarity with learning management systems, particularly Workday Learning, is advantageous.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-support focus, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Ability to manage inquiries and provide support in a clear and positive manner. Possess high emotional intelligence (EQ), demonstrating adaptability and creativity in problem solving. The ability to collaborate effectively, ensuring seamless teamwork.
  • Professional Attributes: Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented approach.
