- Provide customer service via email and phone
- Impute and process orders within provided system
- Update dealer information within company database
- Answer all customers’ questions and provide relevant information
- Track and trace freight shipments for customers/clients
- Assist with light accounting tasks
- Processing international export documents
- Booking air space with airlines
- Communicating status of booking with customers
- Work directly with warehouse and drivers to ensure our customers' needs are met
- Perform general clerical duties
- Minimum 1 years of customer service and clerical experience
- Minimum 1 year of Excel and Word experience
- Logistic experience is a PLUS
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Eligible to work in the US and pass TSA background check
