Job Title:Operations Financial AnalystSummary: The Operations Financial Analyst role is a vital partner to the Sistersville, WV and Texas City, TX Operations teams, as well as the Performance Additives business. The role is responsible for evaluation of manufacturing costs, material cost, and financial performance of the plants and business. The position will work to identify and drive process improvements to increase efficiency and improve financial results.Responsibilities Include:Partner with Operations and PA Finance Leadership to provide insight into financial results, driving productivity and profitabilityPrepare reports and estimates allowing for regular financial reviews and all business planning requirements, including annual operating plan and other short-range estimatesPartner with Area Managers and Engineers, recognizing material variances and trends, recommending changes in material standardsPartner with Site Leadership, identifying cost trend variances, empowering action, and hastening results in dynamic marketsTrack and review Site Capital Expenditures, including financial valuations of projects prior to implementationPartner with Supply Chain and Procurement to streamline and optimize the cash conversion cycle for PAComplete month-end closing activities to ensure accuracy and completenessCalculate and establish product costing and resource activity ratesPerform ad hoc evaluations as neededEnsure 100% compliance US GAAP and Internal Company Financial Policies, including MPM Accounting PolicyTravel: Predicated by business needs, on average (0 – 10%)Qualifications:The following are required for the role· Bachelor's in accounting, finance, or related field· Well versed in Excel· Entry Level/ 1-2 year experienced individuals welcome to applyThe following are preferred for this role· ERP Standard and Material Costing environment preferred (SAP a plus)· Critical mindset· 1-3+ years of experience in Manufacturing and/or Supply ChainWhat We Offer: Base Pay Range: $47,000.00 - $68,970.00The actual salary offered is determined by factors including but not limited to education, experience, skill sets, and geography.
