Operations ManagerThe successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of our office staff, fleet staff & chauffeur staff. You will be responsible for ensuring our operations run smoothly, efficiently, and effectively, while also providing exceptional customer service to our clients.Responsibilities:Oversee the general operation of this business and reported directly to our General Manager & President.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that ensure the highest level of customer service, safety, and efficiency.
Assist with recruitment & training of additional chauffeur staff.
Plan and coordinate driver schedules & day-to-day operations to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
Manage and monitor the performance of drivers and other operational staff, providing coaching, training, and feedback as needed.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws governing our business, including transportation and safety regulations.
Manage inventory and supply chain, ensuring that all vehicles are well-maintained and equipped with necessary supplies.
Monitor and analyze key operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Collaborate with other department leads, such as Dispatch, Reservations, Fleet & Chauffeur, to ensure effective communication and coordination.Qualifications:2+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the transportation or hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and internal team members.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
DOT Certified - Solid understanding of transportation regulations, safety protocols, and other relevant laws and regulations..
