- Our CRM journey and strategy in FS & QSR:
- driving the digitalization of our Mkg & Sales funnel in FS, both for McCain FS & Snacking BLX.
- Very strong marketing & media background, with some significant expertise in digital marketing – ideally covering BtoB & BtoC digital communications.
- 15+ years of experience in the media & marketing world, ideally combining agency and industry background
- Excellent communication skills, written & spoken
- Very strong command of English language, written & spoken
- Strong ability to influence and drive ownership – to embark all teams on a more ambitious digital and media journey.
- Passion for media
- Problem-solving: High level of problem-solving abilities, combined with ability to maximize synergies and embark teams on a common vision, where the greater benefit / good is the key decision factor
- Decision-Making: High level of accountability, especially on the efficiency of marketing investments and the impact of our media buying strategies. Very strong accountability as well in the leadership of the FS digitalization process for all categories (incl, Snacking Benelux)
