They remain current on new reatail and service trends in the industry and are dedicated to ongoing education.Job Duties and Responsibilities
Provides various hair cutting, chemical, conditioning, styling and finishing techniques
Acts as an expert in hair analysis, maintenance regimens and is informed and educated in correlating LifeSpa retail product offerings
Assists in driving training and education within your LifeSpa location
Initiates, develops and maintains personalized relationships with clients
Educates clients on LifeSpa and Salon products, services and treatments
Maintains LifeSpa and Salon appearance and cleanliness
Remains current on certifications and new trends in the industry
Position Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
5 to 7 years of experience in styling
Cosmetology license in applicable state
