Join us as a Engineer Advanced Manufacturing.Job SummaryThe Advanced Manufacturing Engineer will work collaboratively with product development and manufacturing to yield innovative products and processes. This position plays a key role in the manufacturing process development and implementation. They support and deliver the Life Cycle Plan from concept to production at our various manufacturing plants. The role is focused on opportunities to influence design for manufacturing and assembly through the development of integrated manufacturing systems, standardized processes, templates, risk assessment, mitigation, and after-action reviews.Job Responsibilities
- Supports the development and implementation of the latest injection molding, and automation processes per best practices and standardized guidelines.
- Support design for manufacturing and assembly during product design and process development.
- Support quotation activities by providing detailed Cost Estimates to include process flows, capital investments, plant layout, equipment, tooling, cycle times, planning and launch costs, and developing project schedules and budgets.
- Support development of Process Flow, PFMEA, and Standard Work Instructions for molding, painting, and assembly processes.
- Provide Manufacturing Engineering support to manufacturing, and maintaining a broad knowledge of product design, manufacturing, and assembly processes.
- Perform robotic and equipment programming.
- Support supplier technical assessments and implements supplier technical development plans.
- Works independently, requiring minimal guidance.
- 3D-CAD for reviewing and analyzing product and equipment designs.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a group and/or team and provide guidance to other employees.
- Experience in supporting medium to large scale projects from concept to development.

Pay Range: $70,600 - $105,700
