- Create and maintain a schedule outlining when client payments are due at various stages of the project.
- Ensure timely invoicing and follow-up on payments.
- Collaborate with the project manager to provide clients with regular updates on the progress of construction and development.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients, providing them with updates on project milestones, decisions, and any relevant information.
- Work closely with Lawyers to ensure that all necessary approvals, including VAT approval, are obtained for the project.
- Guide clients through the issuance of title deeds, providing clarity on each step involved.
- Provide ongoing support to clients after the completion of the project, addressing any issues or concerns they may have and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Arrange for the delivery of furniture and other items to clients' properties, coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners as needed.
- Document all agreements with clients where necessary, obtaining their confirmations and approvals in writing for record-keeping purposes.
- Communicate with the Finance Team regarding any outstanding payments or financial matters related to the project.
- An academic background related to Business Administration will be considered an advantage.
- Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the Construction and/or Real Estate industries is desirable.
- Excellent client service skills, with the ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with prospects and clients.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software.
- Knowledge of legal and financial processes related to construction projects will be considered a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential, with knowledge of Greek considered a significant advantage.
