Ability to work on his own initiative to deliver solutions which enhance business performance.The position involves the following: Evaluate performance of all subordinate staff and use feedback from Supervisors for relevant personnel.
Generate and maintain reports as required by company requirements and the HoF (KFAA).
Monitor performance of all staff within his area of responsibility.
Mentor new staff within his department and assist in the transition to greater levels of responsibility.
Monitor SHE standards and activities within his department.
Strengthen cultural awareness of all staff within his department and provide advice and direction when required.
Publicise BAESSA staff accomplishments to the customer to provide positive feedback as much as possible.
Assist in the compilation of statistical analyses when required by the KFAA UAV Senior Supervisor.
Maintain a productive and amicable working relationship with the customer.
Monitor and assist in the enhancement of a culture of Aviation Safety within his department.
Monitor fatigue levels within his department.
