- Provide technical support to customers and field team either on-site or through phone or email.
- Install new test systems and upgrades, including options and S/W upgrades
- Troubleshoot and repair systems at customer site
- Provide remote assistance for troubleshooting and repair
- Participate in cost reduction and productivity improvement programs
- Participate and provide assistance to peers on call services where necessary
- Associate Degree (AS)/Technical school in Electronics/Mechatronics
- Diploma in Electronics/Mechatronics or equivalent educational background
- 2 years working experience in a customer support environment, ideally in ATE
- MS OS + Office 365 knowledge
- Debug of device test programs at basic level
- Solid and structured approach to problem solving
- Self-driven in pursuing technical knowledge needed for the job
- Fluent in English and French
