- Deal games at pace that delivers consistent, continuous action for guests.
- Greet guests promptly and courteously.
- Create environment where guests can have fun at his/her table.
- Follow procedures at all times, maintain a high level of concentration, and maintain or develop dealing skills.
- Protects and controls of the game.
- Conducts the games in accordance with Company policies and procedures and applicable gaming regulations, handling guest transactions and notifying Pit Supervisor of any irregularities.
- Exchanges currency for gaming chips and pay or collect bets according to house rules in an accurate manner.
- Advises the Table Games Service Supervisor or Pit Manager of any disputes or arguments that may arise during the game among players/dealer.
- Employee must maintain the necessary physical appearance, a mandatory weight measurement will be taken when the Employee is hired (Employment Figure).
- Each employee shall maintain a weight that is relative to his or her Employment Figure (the Employment Figure applies to both male and female).
- Work requires effective communication in English, both verbal and written form in a professional manner.
- Must present a neat and professional appearance.
- Work requires a minimum age of 21.
- Work requires ability to perform basic math functions.
- Work requires flexibility to work various shifts.
- Work requires a minimum of 6 month dealer experience.
- Work prefers previous modeling/entertainment experience.
- Work requires employee to maintain necessary physical appearance.
- Must be able sit and stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to maneuver to work inside and continuously maneuver in and around assigned table in the Pit department during entire shift, with regular interval breaks.
- Must be able to respond calmly and handle many customer demands in a fast pace environment.
- Responds to visual and aural cues. Must be able to memorize game rules and procedures.
- Must be able to quickly and accurately perform mathematical computations when determining winners and losers and collecting and paying out bets.
- Must possess good manual dexterity for quick and accurate handling of chips, cards and money.
- Must be able to accurately balance chip bank at the beginning and end of shift.
- Must have excellent vision (including peripheral) to protect the games.
- Must be able to read, verify and sign appropriate documents relating to the game in a small area.
- Must be able to tolerate areas containing second hand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust.
