We are looking for a Body Shop Estimator to join our growing team! The right candidate will have the ability to learn new technology and have a strong background in customer service. The day-to-day duties of this role include preparing estimates, maintaining a timely repair schedule, and developing a proper repair plan for vehicles.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in developing a proper repair plan for each vehiclePrepare estimates in accordance with Insurance partner and company guidelinesMaintain and execute a timely schedule before, during, and after completion of repairsCommunicate supplements to customers and insurance companies on the same business day as writtenEnsure customers’ cars are kept clean and tidy to improve customer happinessConsult with management regarding new procedures and equipment in the industryQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentExcellent customer service skillsBasic computer proficiencyPositive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentalityEnjoy working in a dynamic environmentExcellent oral and written communication skillsTeammate with collaborative mindsetMath, reading, and software skillsAbility to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specificationsAble to operate electronic diagnostic equipmentValid driver’s license and clean driving recordBenefits
