Job DescriptionJob SpecificationsThe Manager of Digital Communications is responsible for driving all digital communications, including internal and external facing websites, mobile applications, social media, and all other digital related platforms for the enterprise. Leads and is responsible for digital content development and external integrated campaigns that meet overall company strategy. Manages a diverse digital design and content team that creates and implements company strategy, creates content and digital functionality to best deliver our strategic company and communications objectives. This role will manage the overall day-to-day partner correspondence and collaboration on digital-specific campaigns, digital marketing campaign budgets to ensure client satisfaction and meet all digital marketing deliverables in a timely fashion. This role will also maintain and manage the integrity of the company's multiple digital media platforms.Pay Range: $92,500 - $152,450 (Determined by the knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant.)

Essential Functions:
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Design, build and maintain social media presence.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (OKRs)
• Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
• Leverage Google analytics and digital analyst to specify reports and tracking requirements, interpret results and make recommendations to improve content and channel planning community activity.
• Stay current on digital design, social media, SEO, SEM, UI/UX, ADA compliance and marketing trends.
• Analyze campaign results and develop innovative and creative media content (photo, video, textual, and graphic) across all digital media platforms.What You'll Need:• Bachelor's Degree in digital communications, mass communications or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 5 or more years working in digital communications required.What Is Desired Or Can Be Taught:• Expert knowledge of current marketing tools to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
• Expert knowledge of digital media content development and management.
• Expert knowledge of the creation and implementation of omni channel digital marketing campaigns.
• Expert knowledge of digital social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Understanding of web design issues, including browser usability, ADA compliance and cross-platform compatibility.
• Knowledge of methods for tracking web site usage by external and internal audiences.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of business information.
• Ability to create and monitor digital marketing budgets.
• Ability to meet deadlines and enlist others’ support in ensuring timely project completion.
