- Management Staffing/Development: Cover 100% of shifts with Managers-in-Charge (MICs) capable of running exceptional shifts.
- Team Member Staffing/Development: Ensure all shifts are adequately staffed in key positions.
- Succession Plan: Maintain an active succession plan for General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Shift Leader, and Training Team positions.
- Employee Morale: Promote fair and equal treatment of all employees, follow up on Voice of Customer (VOC) action plans, provide timely performance evaluations, and address employee concerns urgently.
- Management Training: Teach and delegate recruiting techniques, training & coaching skills, and the evaluation process.
- Coaching: Enhance employee performance through effective coaching.
- Government Laws: Ensure strict compliance with all applicable laws.
- Company Policies: Enforce all company policies and address violations promptly.
- Inventory and Labor: Understand and control key performance indicators (KPIs) for Inventory & Labor.
- Follow-Up: Daily follow-up on Sales, Cost of Sales (COS), and Cost of Labor (COL) variances.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and correct COS, COL, and operational variances.
- Management Training: Educate management team on ordering, projections, scheduling, cost awareness, and Profit & Loss analysis.
- Growth: Drive year-over-year growth in sales and profitability.
- Customer Service: Deliver attentive, hospitable, and quick customer service on every shift.
- Food Quality: Maintain high food quality standards consistently.
- Cleanliness: Provide a clean and sanitary environment for customers at all times.
- Standards: Uphold and execute standards on all shifts.
- Maintenance: Consistently maintain exterior and interior grounds and facilities.
- Asset Management: Correct asset deficiencies promptly.
- Liability: Eliminate potential liabilities with urgency.
- Culture: Foster a store culture that prioritizes safety.
- Enforcement: Strictly enforce safety rules and policies on all shifts.
- Response: Address safety concerns urgently.
- Work Schedule: Minimum 5-day, 50-hour work week with open availability as needed, including nights and weekends.
- Flexibility: Must be available to work anywhere on the island and have reliable transportation.
- Other Functions: Perform other duties as assigned.
- Analytical: Analyze reports effectively and address deficient areas.
- Problem Solving: Resolve problems to achieve desired results.
- Organization & Planning: Organize priorities and execute plans effectively.
- Coaching: Develop employees' skills to perform at higher levels.
