Have minimum 5 years work experience in Japanese Sushi making and be able to skillfully operate knives, prepare Sushi rice and make various types of Sushi and have a wide knowledge of Japanese hot food. 2.Ability to handing a wide range of raw fish. 3.Able to work in a fast-paced environment, available work at the weekends. 4.High standards of food hygiene, health and safety. 5.Excellent communication skills and fluent English. Be part of the team, good cooperation skills. 6.Monitor food stock and place orders and waste control. 7.Responsible for the preparation and processing of Sushi ingredients to ensure the freshness and high quality of the ingredients. 8.Participate in menu development and Sushi innovation to provide novel and delicious Sushi choices.
