Cloud SaaS Solution Administration:
  • Responsible for end-to-end SaaS offering: Research, evaluate, implement, configure, maintain, and administration of SaaS Solutions.
  • Provides troubleshooting assistance to customers for issues related to SaaS solutions.
  • Provides SaaS end to end support for SaaS offerings from different 3rd party vendors, custom applications build on Power platform and other PaaS. Providing implementation, integration to end of lifecycle for SaaS applications.
  • Package and deploy mobile app for SaaS solutions to MDM.
  • Responsible for onboarding SaaS solution: SSO integration, SOD (Segregation of duties) between IT and Business Unit.
Entra and On-prem Active Directory and Administration:
  • Manages On-Prem Active Directory objects, Role Bases Access Control (RBAC), system rights of folders & file security of the enterprise file server system.
  • Create and manage Entra Active Directory Groups for Cloud Application permissions or other SaaS Service Access.
  • Responsible for Single-Sign-On (SSO) integration and implementation.
Collaboration Administration: Microsoft 365 Apps and Power Platform:
  • Assist Primary M365 and Power Platform Systems Administrator as needed.
  • Provides system administration of the Agency Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Creates, configures, and maintains M365 components within OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint site collections, and performs back-end support as well infrastructure administration.
  • Troubleshoot and assist users with technical issues related to Microsoft 365.
Mobile Device Management (MDM) Administration and Support:
  • Provide Tier 3 operational maintenance, troubleshoot, and assist customers with technical issues with Agency and Bring Your Own Devices (BYOD) using a “best effort” model of support.
  • Provide Tier 3 support assisting customers in registering Agency and BYOD mobile devices in the MDM System.
  • Provide Tier 3 support using established procedure to procure devices and lines of service and other support related to mobile device service delivery (eg. Change mobile features, upgrades, etc.).
WORKING CONDITIONS:
  • Work Setting, including hazards:
  • Office hazards include working under fluorescent light, repetitively entering data into computer, looking at computer monitor for long periods of time, sitting or standing for long periods of time.
  • Schedule:
  • Typically, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
  • Occasional off hours' work may be required.
  • Travel Requirements:
  • Travel may be required in some circumstances.
  • Tools and Equipment:
  • Computers, mobile and satellite devices, telephones, and cabling.
  • Customer Interactions:
  • Deal directly with end user support staff, WDFW employees and External Vendors.
QualificationsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT related field and four (4) years of recent experience with Enterprise Software as a Service (SaaS) as system administrator in a medium to large organization.
Or
  • Eight (8) years of recent IT experience (within the last 10 years) with Enterprise Software as a Service (SaaS) as system administrator in a medium to large organization.
Two (2) years or more experience administering and troubleshooting in EACH of the following:
  • M365 and Power Platform.
  • Power Automate.
  • SharePoint.
  • Entra.
  • On-Prem Active Directory Administration.
Special Requirement/Condition of Employment:
  • Basic background check and fingerprinting.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
In addition to those required qualifications, our ideal applicant will also have some or all of the following:
  • Experience administering Powershell scripting.
  • Communications or Computer related associate degree from an accredited college.
  • Basic network troubleshooting skills, knowledgeable in network security.
