Schedule: M-F, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with a rotating on-call schedule for after-hour emergenciesReporting to: Chief Engineer
Type of Employment: Full-Time w/JLL employee benefits within 1 month of employment

Estimated compensation: $28.17 to $37.69 an hour paid bi-weekly
The compensation range listed is an estimate and not guaranteed. A salary offer will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market dataWhat your day-to-day will look like:Complete assigned tasks that include but are not limited to: painting, pressure washing, cleaning, maintaining lighting system bulbs/ballasts (as allowed by any licensing requirements), plumbing, HVAC systems, water treatment, hanging pictures, repair office furniture, locksmith work and general maintenanceMaintain work order system (CMMS) daily and complete any tenant service requestsMoves office furniture, machinery, equipment, and other materials as requestedPerform assigned preventive maintenance and inspection tasksSupport on-call or emergency response situations (if applicable)Troubleshoot all building systems, including electrical, DDC and pneumatic controlsComply with all safety proceduresParticipate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training programsDesired Skills and Experience:High School diploma or GED equivalent3+ years of related work experience, especially in repair and maintenance of commercial buildings/equipmentNeed a strong expertise with MEP especially HVAC or Electrical, any HVAC or Electrical certifications and licenses are desirableTrade school education, union training, military service or college is desirableExperience using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams)Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and comfortable using up to 30 foot laddersAbility to frequently climb, bend, kneel, lift and/or driveStrong customer service skillsExperience using Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) &/or Building Management System (BMS)Please submit your application with an updated resume, location, and contact information.
