1. Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in managing retail sale for International / Domestic Holiday packages2. Good experience in selling international / Domestic holidays for both GIT and FIT and has good numbers of repeat clientele3. Experience in handling customers on pre and post sales requirements4. Experience in managing and driving team for lead conversions5. Achieving assigned targets & managing the P&L of the branch6. Prepare regular reports on branch performance and key metrics. Conduct SWOT analysis and provide recommendations.7. Develop and execute BTL marketing strategies to promote the branch and its services.8. Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns & ATL marketing activities9. Self-motivated, resourceful, ability and willingness to work in a multi-tasking environment.8. Sound knowledge on GIT & FIT products
