EXP is currently searching for a CEI Project Administrator in Georgia. This individual will be responsible for financial and contract administration of assigned projects.What a day at EXP has in store for you
  • Coordinate and supervise project inspection activities to ensure contractor compliance of plans, contract documents, specifications and standards.
  • Interact with the general public, government agencies, contractors, sub-contractors, and other internal and external parties to respond to inquiries and resolve field issues.
  • Direct and assign specific tasks to inspectors
  • Notify contractor of non-compliance and corrective action.
  • Track project progress and advises parties of possible overruns, and critical project issue
  • Analyze project related issues and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Coordinate administrative aspects of projects including; contract reviews, contracting, scheduling, month-end processing, project accounting, project related reporting and cash management
  • Assist in the planning and development of company marketing and communication materials
  • Review plans for constructability and bid-ability
  • Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings
  • Participate in the development of new project proposals
  • Assist in the development of RFP's or tasks
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Promote positive relations with contracts, vendors and consultants
What your experience looks like
  • Six (6) years of responsible and related construction of engineering experience, two (2) years of which involved construction of major road or bridge structures
