- Bachelor’s degree in Spanish or any related field (required)
- Master's degree in Spanish or related field from an accredited college or university (preferred)
- 1 year experience as a Spanish instructor or tutor (required)
- Successful track record of developing student’s knowledge in learning Spanish (required)
- Professional communication skills (both spoken and written)
- Competent in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Able to work independently and collaborate with a team
- Enthusiastic about working with students and parents
- Able to maintain strict confidentiality
- Highly organized and detail oriented (attention to detail and accuracy is imperative)
- Ability to meet schedules and deadlines

- Collaborate with the Director of Curriculum Development to develop lesson plans and curricula as needed
- Deliver interactive and engaging Spanish lessons that promote the development of speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Assess students' progress through regular evaluations, including tests, assignments, and participation, and provide constructive feedback to support their language development.

- Able to lead a classroom of students effectively and work efficiently with students
