  • Enthusiasm for teaching swimming and helping others
  • Willingness to obtain YMCA Swim Lesson Instructor Certification
  • Willingness to obtain BLS for professional Rescuer Certification
  • Willingness to obtain Oxygen Administration Certification & First Aid Certification
  • Ability to Pass Swim Test
  • Minimum 16 years old
