This individual will oversee all aspects of the project from planning to completion, ensuring it stays on schedule, within budget, and meets quality standards. They will coordinate resources, manage subcontractors, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.Create and manage project budgets, track expenses, and control costs throughout the construction process.Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to ensure efficient project execution. Hire subcontractors, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Address safety concerns, obtain permits, and ensure compliance with regulations.Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders. Facilitate communication and ensure alignment among clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and government agencies.Monitor workmanship and ensure construction meets quality standards. Conduct inspections and address deficiencies promptly.Resolve disputes and conflicts that arise during construction.
