6 month assignment. Mon-Fri. Occasional weekend/holiday coverage.Provides nutritional care for patients in the kidney and small bowel transplant programs, inpatient and outpatient capacity. Completion of an ACEND accredited program in dietetics, registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (RD credential), and New York State certification as a Certified Dietitian Nutritionist (CDN). Preferred: at least 1 year of acute care experience of transplant patients.
