CoStar Group is seeking an Associate Tenant Researcher to join our growing research organization.As an Associate Tenant Researcher, you will be investigating and profiling companies to help owners, brokers and real estate professionals identify which companies are best suited for their buildings.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree required from an accredited, not for profit University or College
A track record of commitment to prior employers
8+ months experience in a customer service environment
Microsoft Excel 365 experience is required
Flexibility to work shifts aligned with ET, CT, MT, and PT time zones
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Ability to connect with people quickly and professionally over the phone
Proven success performing to metrics or key performance indicators (KPI)
Natural curiosity, persistence, and ability to conduct thorough investigative research
Experience and demonstrated proficiency with Excel that includes the ability to manipulate data, filter, and develop basic formulas. All qualified candidates will be given an assessment to determine their knowledge of Microsoft Excel 2016
Capability to accurately capture and enter data
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, changing priorities, and excel in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
