- Review customer orders daily for assigned direct buying customers to provide proactive resolution to issues regarding out of stocks, changes in delivery dates and any pending transactions
- Independently evaluate orders which exceed weekly allocations and make decisions which protect our ability to compete by ensuring all customers have access to available finished goods
- Monitor, trouble-shoot and resolve problems relating to orders submitted via EDI and collaborate with internal functions and our direct customer's technical personnel to resolve issues
- Assist customers with our on-line ordering site Order Direct
- Develop and review Promotion Execution status reports for key customers
- Generate Tax Affidavits for State Tax reimbursements
- Issue FICO credits and generate required financial documents
- Actively participate in team projects and collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders

- Bachelor's Degree preferred, High School Diploma accepted and equivalent work experience (2-5 years)
- Demonstrated ability to identify obstacles/issues and develop solutions to balance business and customer needs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
- Previous SAP experience
- Exposure to EDI
