- Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives: Create and execute marketing strategies to increase hospice referrals and brand awareness.
- Establish and nurture relationships: Build and maintain strong connections with healthcare providers, facilities, and community organizations to foster a consistent stream of referrals.
- Organize and participate in events: Coordinate and participate in events, workshops, and presentations to educate the community about our hospice services.
- Monitor and analyze referral metrics: Track referral data and work towards a target of at least 15 referrals per month, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve this goal.
- Collaborate with the management team: Work closely with the management team to identify areas of opportunity and growth within the hospice marketing landscape.
- Provide regular reports: Prepare and deliver reports on marketing efforts, successes, and areas for improvement, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
- Have ready data: Ideally with referrals accounts already.
- Seasoned Hospice/Medical sales & marketing professionals. Ideally with referrals accounts already.
- Experience within would be a strong advantage.
- You have a working knowledge of HOSPICE, MARKETING EXPERIENCE IN HOSPICE, and SALES EXPERIENCE IN HOSPICE.
