Description
  • Supports activities of a GAM functional area or department account management to ensure that business solution objectives are met
  • Learn how to provide effective day-to-day administrative, planning and GAM client support;
  • How to track Asian ISVs, data distributors competitive activity and hub customer trends and analyze research findings;
  • Assists in performing administrative responsibilities, such as entering information into databases, producing simple statistical reports, presentations, expenses and scheduling;
  • Gathers and enters quality assurance information into Salesforce and internal client service databases in accordance with established procedures to ensure quality client service.
