- Develop organic social strategies and content pillars across existing and emerging platforms
- Creative ideation that reflects the latest social themes and reactive trends
- Plan content calendars and write post copy
- Generate content briefs
- Post content across client channels
- Engage with client audiences through community management
- Analyse and report on channel traffic, growth, and performance
- Proactively identify opportunities to optimise content around and react to key trending moments on social
- 3+ years experience of professional content curation, creation, and/or agency marketing
- Proven track record of growing and retaining social audiences
- Competent with channel management and reporting tools like Meta Business, Google Analytics, and Sprout or equivalent
- Excellent knowledge of social practice across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
- Great understanding of setting growth goals and KPIs
- Critical thinker with strong organisation and time management skills
