- Liaison with the hiring managers to understand their technical staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet the hiring deadlines;
- Going above and beyond to source, screen, and interview exceptional candidates and effectively evaluate their technical skills, experience, and tendency to be a cultural fit within Devsinc;
- Advertise job openings on the Company’s careers page, social media, and other recruiting websites like Indeed, LinkedIn, Rozee, and other available local job boards for all the open positions;
- Incorporate best recruitment strategies to attract the best talent available for bulk hiring;
- Liaison with the University career offices to develop a pool of candidates;
- Utilize an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage and track the entire recruitment process;
- Perform the necessary background checks;
- Make sure all of the candidates match the minimum requirements against the ‘WHO method’ of hiring;
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future staffing needs;
- Maintain a positive candidate experience during all stages of the process;
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to make informed hiring decisions;
- Think out of the box and come up with the most effective methods of recruiting and attracting candidates;
- Develop hiring reports on a weekly basis to share with the management.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field (preferably HR);
- 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting within the IT industry (no freelance) with at least 1 year of experience in batch hiring.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS);
- Experience in hiring developers familiar with .Net, MERN, AI/ML, Python, Mobile, and DevOps;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with high proficiency in English;
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates;
- Ability to handle pressure;
