The Utility Operator position located in Exeter, NH is responsible for operating equipment for production/processing operations, ensuring the quality and efficiency of the manufacturing process. The successful candidate will have a keen attention to detail, solid computer skills, and the ability to maintain a safe and organized work environment.Utility Operator Responsibilities:Operate equipment for production/processing operations according to established procedures and guidelines.Measure and check raw materials or parts to ensure that the product manufactured contains proper components, ingredients, and quantities.Monitor controls to ensure that machinery is running at proper levels during the manufacturing process, reporting any malfunctions or deviations from standard operating procedures.Maintain accurate records of production activities, including production logs, quality control records, and equipment maintenance logs.Utility Operator Qualifications:Solid computer skills, including the ability to navigate software applications and input data accurately.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced production environment.Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues independently.Capable of performing physical activities that may involve stooping, crouching, bending at the waist, and lifting up to 25lbs.Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.High school diploma or equivalent is required.Utility Operator Details:Pay Rate: $17.43/hr-$21.43/hrFull-Time:multiple shifts availableUtility Operator Benefits:Health and prescription coverage (while on assignment through Bonney)Ask us about our $$Referral Bonus Program$$If you believe you are a qualified candidate for our Utility Operator please apply or contact us today!#BSCD
