Job Description:Reporting To: Chief Operating OfficerWork Schedule: HybridCompensation: Base Pay ranges BTW N500k to N600k monthly + Other Interesting BenefitsOur client is a leading Advertising and Marketing Communication agency in Nigeria.The Company is seeking to hire a talented and result-driven Business Development Manager with track record of success in the B2B sales within the professional services or creative industry.Job Objective: This role will assist the company to achieve growth and increase revenue. The Business Development Manager’s responsibilities include building and strengthening internal and external relationships, managing customer relations, and implementing strategies designed to increase revenue and acquire new business opportunities.Roles & Responsibilities:BUSINESS DEVELOPMENTAbility to perform detailed market research and analysis, prepare proposals and have great networking skills.Building and maintaining relationships with both internal and external teams.Identifying innovative marketing technology solutions that can be presented to clients as part of our offerings.Creating a sales funnel and driving sales growth.Managing sales pipeline to ensure timely and accurate forecasting.Tracking and reporting sales activity in CRM tool.Overcome the gap between technology and marketing in the Company’s offering to her clients.Leverage digital tools to proffer marketing communications solutions to clients.Research and identify the emerging market trends and technologies affecting the marketingcommunications industry.Recommend marketing technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs.ACCOUNT PLANNING & IMPLEMENTATIONManage assigned projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initialdevelopment through implementation.Manage client relationships concerning output from the agency.Utilize CHASE, for project setup and tracking and for maintaining essential project informationand job status.Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes.FINANCIAL PLANNING AND REPORTINGMonitor revenue projections and report actual achievements and variance to the Client ServiceDirector and Management regularly.Analyze the economics of project plans and provide actionable feedback relating to cost benefitand return-on-investment standards.Other FunctionsMaintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewingprofessional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; and participating in professional societies.Contribute to team effort by accomplishing other assigned taskAny other tasks that may be assigned by the Client Service Director.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.A Master’s degree in Business Administration is an added advantage.Professional Business Qualifications will be an added advantage e.g. NIMExperience 5 - 8 years proven experience in sales, marketing, business development, andmanagement especially in an advertising agency.Conversant with identifying and selling marketing technologies.Key Competencies RequiredProficient in CRM toolThe ability to multitask.Sound negotiation and conflict resolution skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Skilled in organizational development, personnel management, budget and resource development and strategic planning.Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership teamHighly numerate and literate, with the ability to produce top quality written specifications and strategy and implementation communicationProactive and highly organized, with strong time management and planning skillsAble to meet tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure.BenefitsCompensation: Base Pay ranges BTW N500k to N600k monthly + Other Interesting Benefits
