- Help create plans for improving business growth, team motivation, and how agents can find new business opportunities
- Participate in job fairs, open houses, and other recruiting events to grow our group's membership and real estate team
- Learn, know, and be able to talk the Workman Way method of agent success and business management
- Train new agents on our systems including Workman, Hubspot, Dotloop, etc
- Assist our marketing team as needed for agent marketing opportunities
- Demonstrated exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilities
- High school diploma or GED, and bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
- Outstanding organizational skills and time management
- At least 3 years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in the real estate industry
- 2+ years experience in real estate recruiting, sales, or related position
We are a successful RE/MAX real estate team. We maintain a residential and commercial sales team, residential and commercial property management team, and private equity company that provides business opportunities for our associates and financial stability to our team. We provide excellent training, mentoring, and guidance to our associates.
