- Manage professional and personal scheduling for the CEO, including email, telephone calls, and other company logistics.
- Support the CEO and board members with travel, accommodation, expenses, and general administration tasks
- Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality
- Organise communications, plan events, both internal and off-site
- Prepare documentation including agendas, minutes, and collating of papers for meetings, ensuring compliance with associated governance and statutory obligations.
- Solid Executive Assistant experience at senior executive level
- Minimum of two years boards support experience
- Knowledge of Board governance operations administration, procedures and compliance
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient minute taking experience
- Confident with Microsoft Office Suite and video calling software
- Must hold a valid passport to travel to Australia
