- 8-10 years of experience MARKETING TO healthcare facilities within the Pharmaceutical/medical device field
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing and/or Marketing Communications required
- Masters degree in marketing, communications, business, and/or healthcare preferred
- Leading branding initiatives and crafting key messaging and positioning for the assigned division.
- Developing and executing annual marketing plans aligned with business growth objectives.
- Growing GPO membership through impactful promotions and collateral.
- Analyzing business aspects to identify new opportunities and customer segments.
- Developing strategies, tactics, and messaging to support alliances and ensure brand continuity.
- Participating as a member of the Leadership team in all business planning and operating meetings.
- Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure deliverables are developed and deadlines are met.
- Leading market research efforts to generate key strategic insights and assess market potentials.
Location: Tennessee
Salary: $120,000 - $145,000 annually, plus performance bonus
