International Recruitment Specialist

- Develop and implement international recruitment strategies to attract and engage qualified candidates
- Source and screen candidates from various global markets using online platforms, social media, and other recruitment channels
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment plans
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including visa sponsorship and relocation processes
- Ensure compliance with international employment laws, regulations, and best practices
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment records
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as an International Recruitment Specialist or similar role
- Deep understanding of global recruitment practices, channels, and cultural considerations
- Experience sourcing and assessing candidates from diverse international markets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced, global environment
