International Recruitment Specialist

• Develop and implement international recruitment strategies to attract and engage qualified candidates
• Source and screen candidates from various global markets using online platforms, social media, and other recruitment channels
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment plans
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including visa sponsorship and relocation processes
• Ensure compliance with international employment laws, regulations, and best practices
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment records

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as an International Recruitment Specialist or similar role
• Deep understanding of global recruitment practices, channels, and cultural considerations
• Experience sourcing and assessing candidates from diverse international markets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced, global environment
