- Portfolio Strategy and Financial Goals:
- Assist with defining and implementing the portfolio strategy to align with the company's financial objectives.
- Develop and maintain a prioritization framework to effectively allocate resources across therapeutic areas, brands, and strategic initiatives.
- Customer Demand Generation:
- Lead the development and execution of strategies to drive B2B2C demand for key brands within the portfolio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement omnichannel strategies that align with brand goals.
- Customer Demand Activation:
- Build the strategies to increase clinic demand for our key brands and portfolio, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Works closely with sales, therapeutic area teams, and the digital strategy teams to optimize clinic outreach and engagement.
- Leadership and Development
- Builds a culture of collaboration and development to create a high performing environment for fun and fulfilling work. Demonstrates a commitment to growing the expertise of the Customer Strategy team for today and the future of the organization. Communication and Channel Optimization:
- Drive the optimization of communication channels to ensure clear and impactful messaging to our target audiences.
- Lead the strategy team for channel optimization, including digital, print, and in-person engagements, to maximize reach and effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, sales, or strategy roles within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and programs.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Excellent people leadership and strategy development experience.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the proficiency to work effectively across various teams and stakeholders.
