Description:What you will do:
  • To provide an extremely high level of professional expertise and customer focus to all acquisition, retention and development Event clients which in turn maximises hotel revenue and profitability.
  • To meet your designated revenue targets.
  • To assist with the preparation and regular update of the departmental budget.
  • To deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional client service at all times.
  • To provide courteous and professional service to our internal customers in other departments.
Qualifications:
  • Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality / Tourism Management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in large scale hotels in similar capacity.
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Event Planning Manager.
