• Define and prioritize the product backlog based on customer needs, business goals and operational feedback.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, business analysists, and development teams, to gather requirements and define product vision and strategy.

• Work closely with developers and quality engineers to translate requirements into user stories, features, and product increments.

• Drive product development and project delivery in an Agile environment, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations.

• Communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities to development team and stakeholders and ensure alignment across the organization.

• Inspire and motivate the development teams to deliver innovative and exciting solutions with an appropriate sense of priority and business value.

• Make sure quality standards are met and follow our internal standards.

• Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and iterate on features to continuously improve the product and enhance user experience.

• Work with other product owners to identify features gaps and overlaps to ensure high reusability of components across products and projects.

• Own and maintain internal product/project documentation.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in Agile product development.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

• Experience with product management tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus.

• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and user-centered design processes is a plus.

• Certification in Agile or Product Management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Agile Product Owner) is a plus.

• Reliable, proactive, autonomous with a strong sense of accountability.

• Fluent in English, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
